Our Volunteers are so important to us!
At this time we would like to thank all of you for everything you
have done for our shelter and for our animals. The time that you spend
no matter how much it is means so much to us because we know it comes
from the heart
You are needed!
We need Volunteers! An hour, a day, any amount of time you can donate
is greatly appreciated. Volunteers are needed to work with the animals,
in the Thrift Shops
or even to create new fund raising ideas. Volunteer Orientation is held
the first Saturday of each month from 9am to 10 am (except January - on
the second Saturday due to the holiday). All new volunteers are required
to attend the orientation. Come see what opportunities we have available!
We warmly welcome any and all help.
- The minimum age to volunteer is 13 years old
- The minimum age to handle animals being 16.
- Volunteers 17 years or younger need a parents signature to volunteer.
- It is strongly suggested that the parent attends volunteer orientation as well if their child is under 18 years old.
