Outreach Adoption

Although these events are scheduled on a monthly basis they are subject to cancellation and/or change. Please check our monthly calendar of events to see what is happening this month.


As an approved adoption sponsor, the Central Brevard Humane Society will have dogs, cats and rabbits available for adoption at the PetSmart located on 1800 Evans Road in Melbourne (just west of Melbourne Square Mal) each week Tuesday through Friday, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. 


Every 3rd Saturday of the month, the Central Brevard Humane Society is at PETCO (205 Palm Bay Road, West Melbourne), from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for their monthly adoptable event. During the event, the Humane Society showcases some of their shelter dogs and cats while providing the public with fun educational information about responsible pet ownership.
